* When will my order ship?
Orders for which payment was
received prior to 5pm central time often ship the following business day.
When we sent you the link to this page, your order was processed and it will
be dropped off at the post office as indicated in that email.
Shipment will be by USPS (with Delivery Confirmation for all US orders). A Delivery
Confirmation tracking number is not routinely provided. A confirmation
or tracking number is not available for international orders, as this
service is too cost prohibitive. If you do not
receive your package in a timely fashion as per the timeframes defined
below, please email us.

order?
We ship when stated in our email
to you.
Packages are shipped USPS First
Class, unless the package is over 14 ounces or unless seller states otherwise.
Your package might take anywhere
from 1 to 21 days to reach you.
Please allow up to 21 days for
your package to arrive before inquiring about it. Allow 28 days during the holiday
season.
If you do not receive your order within this
21 days, or 28 during the holidays, please let us know right away.
We must receive your inquiry within 45 days
to process your request for follow-up.
International Orders are shipped
International First Class, which should deliver in 10 days. Although the USPS advises us
these packages leave the US ports in a timely fashion, packages can take up
to four weeks under normal conditions in some cases, and up to five weeks
during the holidays.

For eBay items,
please be sure to always include the following in your email:
Place the word "eBay" and correct ITEM NUMBER in
the subject line.
Copy and Paste the email we sent
to you that included the link to this page, in it's entirety (including
the header, and all of the body contents), and place all of it in the body
of your message.

For website purchases,
please include the EMAIL ADDRESS you used when you made payment with PayPal
-- in the subject line, even if it is the same as the one you are using to
email us with your question.

For ALL email,
include any previous correspondence you've had with us in it's entirety,
including headers. Please remember that we respond to dozens of email
messages every day. If your email does not contain our previous
conversation, it leaves us lost and having to search. Therefore,
we need all of the above information in order to be able to respond to you as
we are no longer able to take the time to search through all email for this
info. It's much like handling dozens of phone
calls... if we take a follow-up phone call from you at a later time,
you will need to give us all of the information again so we can pick up where
we left off. |
